Information om din bostadsrätt hittar du i stadgarn (Se länk nedan) Tänk på att om du vill sätta upp saker på fasaden, bygga staket eller göra större förändringar i din bostad så behöver du tillstånd från styrelsen. 

Important information regarding your appartment

You can find information about your condominium/apartment in the statutes (see link below). Please note that if you want to install anything on the façade, build a fence, or make major changes to your apartment, you need permission from the board.

Information om matavfall

Matavfall (matrester) ska läggas i de papperspåsar som tillhandahålls av kommunen. Därefter slängs påsarna i de bruna matavfallskärlen som är placerade bredvid radhuset på Arrendevägen 38. Observera att endast matavfall får slängas i de bruna kärlen. 

Food Waste Information

Food waste (leftovers) must be placed in the paper bags provided by the municipality. The bags should then be disposed of in the brown food-waste bins located next to the townhouse at Arrendevägen 38.

Please note that only food waste may be thrown in the brown bins.
